Donations

To make a donation, please start by filling out the form below so we know whom to credit with your donation and have your contact information to follow up as needed.  Be sure to include your email address and at least one of the phone numbers.

If you have one, you may use your own PayPal account to make donations.  Select the value of the donation you would like to make and press the Donate button.  Then be sure to click on the “send” button below to tell us how much you’ve donated and give us your contact information.
